Excerpts from Some of the Prophecies We Have Received
Early September of 2002
The Lord gave me a clear message one night as Bo and I were talking (some time shortly before he moved down to Newport News to begin his ministry with us at Grace Church). He made it clear that the “revival” in the church would not look like any we have experienced before. It will not be like Toronto Airport, Brownsville, Rock Church in Baltimore; nothing like what Truro Church, Apostles Church, or All Saints have or have experienced; nor any of the mega-churches in your area — WOW or Bethel Temple.
"Their revivals and spiritual successes are valid for them, but I am creating a 'New Thing' for you. Do not look to another church for revival. There is no worldly formula you can follow that has been successful for other churches. Look to ME only. I will lead you to the revival that I want to give to you, and it will not be recognized by the world or most other churches until it is well underway."
April 26, 2003 Word given at Cape Henry
As we were driving over to Cape Henry on Saturday and Bo was giving the historical relevance for our trip, I was receiving a tremendous amount of information (overly powerful down load) from the Lord about our prayer trip. Some of it was specific to our trip, some about our prayer walking, some specifically directed to Grace Church, and some for Bo. As I drove, the scattered pieces of this information began to be woven into a tapestry that — when it was complete — gave a more complete picture of what the Lord was telling me. I delivered part of the message that day as best I could pull it together. Since then more of the message has filtered through and been put into place (with more to come later?). What I am giving are not historical facts (that can be spun and distorted), but spiritual truths (that ring true in spite of the “worldly facts”).
The Lord said to me:
“I promised to my beloved son David that I would bless him and his family by having the promised Messiah born in his lineage. But his grandson and later generations turned their backs on Me and did abominations in My sight. I could not look on them and, therefore removed my blessing from the Kings of Judea. A lesser line of David’s family would receive my inheritance. As such, Yeshua came through the line of David by Mary — a descendant of a lesser son of the great king — and not Joseph her husband — a descendant through the kings of Judea. As such all the words of the prophets have been fulfilled through the law. By all legal rights Yeshua has the legitimate inheritance of My Son as I have promised.”
“When the first colonists arrived at these shores in 1607, they dedicated this land to Me and claimed it in My Name. I honored their faith by pouring blessings on them and their children. Their children and grandchildren built a new nation in My Name, and I blessed them again. Now, their descendants rebel against Me and do abominations in My sight. They pervert My blessings by seeking after other gods (pride [intellectualism], wealth [greed], power, selfishness, abortion, sexual perversions, etc.) and do not do My work. By their unfaithfulness, I will turn My back on them and collect together the faithful remnant who still worship Me.
February 4, 2004
As we gathered for our Wednesday night prayer service, the presence of the Lord was strong. Early on I received the word to not look to the left or right, especially not look backward, but to look forward to Him — the Rock — who leads us. He will lead us through the troubles for we can do nothing in our own abilities.
Later on in the evening, as we all began to receive words from the Lord, he gave me the clear vision of the Children of Israel gathered at the base of Mount Sinai before the mighty and awesome presence of the Lord. The mountain is enveloped in ominous clouds charged with power and light — thunder, lightening, fire and wind. As the Lord spoke to me He said that we, the faithful remnant, are the new generation of Israel.
“While the original tribes of Israel only saw the outward signs of My power and not Me, they were too afraid and rebellious to approach Me on My holy mountain. They, instead, sent Moses to speak to Me. Therefore, by their rebellion I placed a curse upon that generation — those that chose to separate themselves from Me. By your faithfulness, obedience, desperation to know Me, and willingness to pay the price to do so, I now break that curse and call you to come to Me on My holy mountain and I will protect you. The barriers have been broken down and I will bless all those who fear Me more than man.”
August 18, 2005
As we gathered to pray tonight, I began to receive a word from the Lord for us. By the end of the prayer session, it was clear to me what He wants to say to us:
“I AM returning, as I promised, and I AM bringing the revival you seek. The revival is part of Me, and cannot be separated from My Second Coming. When I return there will be a shaking and trembling of the churches and My people that will test the mettle of all who claim to be part of Me. Those who truly and desperately want Me will seek the tribulation and welcome the testing to be close to Me. Those who choose to have their own way and to compromise My Word, I will pass over.”
“I am coming to separate the sheep from the goats, and there will be a great shedding of blood and gnashing to teeth for those who turn their backs on me. Many think they are called by Me, but are instead deaf to My cries. They choose to listen to the siren voices of the Prince of this World, and do its bidding. Those who expect to build their own kingdom instead of My kingdom will be thrown into the fire with the chaff and tares. My refining fire is coming to purify My church — woe be to those who reject the cornerstone and My foundation of solid stone and choose to build their houses on sand.”
“I will rent asunder the thin veneer of respectability that covers these men who seek false prophets who deliver pretty words to ‘tickle their ears’ instead of the truth of My Word. I will expose them for what they truly are — minions of the Prince of this World. No longer will I allow My Word to be diluted or compromised or twisted to appease men or the wandering flock of goats who give Me lip service but instead lead My flock of sheep astray by their rebellion against Me. I AM returning to purify My church with My terrible swift sword of truth and judgment.”
